Boso Kitchen is a small family-owned food business that operates in the DMV region. We offer small batch roasted nuts with a variety of flavors ranging from sweet to spicy. Working out of a commercial kitchen in Lorton,Va., we also produce a variety of delicious and highly nutritious legume food items. In the summer, we offer bean salads (three bean salads or lentil salad), and bean soups (black bean soup or lentil soup) are available year round.
